Friends and family sometimes ask me why I read car and bike magazines, when I neither drive, nor own a bike.Well, I was just sat reading a bike magazine, and found the perfect example of why I love reading these things. In describing the sound of a particular bike, they had this to say: "It's like a chorus of demented off duty angels, out on the piss on a karaoke night, yelling Nirvana through throats parched with too many Marlboro."
How could anyone not love such wonderfully descriptive journalism?
