I guess I have no real grounds to complain about the yaccs commenting system, since it's completely free, but just lately it's become so totally unreliable, and causes this and many other blogs to take an age to load, that I'll very shortly be moving over to a different system. Hopefully, I'll be able to work it so that I won't lose the comments that've been recorded in the archive... just a matter of setting up the new comments on the first day of the next month. I understand the problem with yaccs... it's pretty much free, funding is limited, and the more users they get, the less reliable it'll become... the funding isn't available for them to upgrade. It's a pity, 'cause this is likely to be the fate of many similar free online tools and facilities.Labels: blogging
