Ok, this is probably gonna upset a few people, but it's my opinion, and I'm gonna state it regardless.Is it just me, or are news and social events/politics related blogs utterly boring?

Seriously, maybe I'm missing the point, but if I wanted to know what was in the news, or going on in politics at the moment, I'd go check out a news site. I guess where the writer is expressing an opinion of their own on the news, it validates the piece, but to just repeat what's been written elsewhere.... *shrugs*, seems rather a waste of time to me. Just there seems to be an alarming ammount of that kinda blog out there, and it rather makes me wonder, are there so many people who really want to be heard, but have nothing of their own to say?
